- On Office 365, select “Setting”, and then “Office 365” and “Profile”.
- Check if the details and email address of the contact are correct.
- Click on your account name on the top right corner (the one showing “Diane” on the above image), and then “log out”.
- Now login Office 365 again, enter your user name and click “Next”, and then “Forgot password”.
- Follow the steps. Enter the contact information to verify your identity as an authorised member to reset password.
